Foodies Healthy Eating Messages
Foodies promote ‘4 Key Messages’, which form the foundations for a healthy and balanced diet. The four key messages are Eat More Fruit and Vegetables, Eat Breakfast Everyday, Drink More Water and Eat More Whole Foods.
The four key messages support healthy eating and are based on principles of the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating. This was produced by the Commonwealth of Australia, and the Australian Dietary Guidelines, and set by the National Health and Medical Research Council.
The four Key Messages can help you achieve a healthy and balanced diet, as well as:
